GoPro weren’t just announcing a new lineup of action cameras, but also final unveiled their own quadrocopter. The new drone dubbed Kama features a compact and foldable design aimed to be easily portable and fit inside your back pack. Flying the drone is done using the included touch-screen/joystick controller.
The built in 3-axis stabilisation is also a removable hand grip, should you wish to take some ground footage before or after your flight.
The drone will come standalone for $799, or can be purchased with the Hero5 Black or Hero5 Session for $1,099 and $999 respectively. The Karma drone launches on October 23rd, with the cameras going on sale October 2nd.
