Google have announced that Android 4.0(ICS) will coming to Nexus S owners this month, The AWS version is already up for download, Check out the link below. Android 4.0 is steadily getting itself ported onto older devices and hopefully won’t be that long before we see it on some of the more popular devices like the SGS2.
