Dell are introducing the new Latitude 13 Education series of laptops. The new series is built with Student use in mind from learning/education to mobility and protection. Specs include a 13.3-inch display with 1366 x 768 resoltution and touch/non-touch options. Either an Intel Celeron 2957U or Intel Core i3-4010U processor, 4GB of RAM, 500GB storage and intel Integrated graphics.
Here are some of the design features included in the new Latitude 13 Education laptops.

- features rubberised LCD and base trim for superior drop protection
- boasts an exclusive fully-sealed keyboard and touchpad for the industry’s best spill protection
- has superb scratch resistance with Corning® Gorilla® Glass NBT™ on touchscreens
- opens 180 degrees to reduce hinge stress when carried by students in unconventional ways
- ‘tattles” on students with a network activity light that illuminates when students connect to the WLAN
