US retailer Newegg to beging trading in Europe by end of March

The extremely popular US retailer Newegg is set to start trading in Europe by the end of March. Even consumers outside of the US will have no doubt cross paths with Newegg at least once to only be turned out by the lack of trading outside of the US, but luckily that will soon change. Newegg will begin small and hopefully get a strong foothold in the near future. Currently the likes of Scan and Overclockers will be Newegg’s main competitors for PC components and of course Amazon and Pixmania who are easily the largest retailers currently in Europe. The extra competition should none the less be a positive thing for consumers, if not the sole benefit for having an pretty big retailer start business in our part of the world and we welcome Newegg’s business.
