HTC have finally begun pushing out the much awaited ICS upgrade for the Incredible S. The OTA download is around a 250Mb so depending on your allowance, you may want to hit up a WiFi connection for the download. There are reports of it hitting all over the place so it depends on your carrier and such. So if it isn’t there now it should be soon or later depending on your network provider.
If you can’t wait, you should be able to download the new update manually for yourself on your computer, assuming you don’t mind flashing it. It should be worth it for the ICS goodness!!
