HP have finally made there move with there new TouchPad for some direct iPad competition. Seeing as HP bought Palm a good while back there is pretty much there first effort and using WebOS, The newest version this tablet will feature is 3.0!! sounds mysterious!!. They have released a few specs which you can check out below. The thing you will notice is how similar it is to the iPad. Meaning that its target market is iPad owners or people who wont get an iPad because it lacks flash support(Still).

First thing we have to mention is its 1.2GHz dual core cpu, Which i must say is going to be a pleasure to use!! Screen size and resolution is the exact same as the iPad, So expect there to be no real difference in holding it if you have held and iPad.
The hard working folks at Engadget manage to get some nice videos of the new tablet in action. You will immdiatley be impress with how well the device works and pretty much handles any tasks a future consumer would want.
