Apple have just won there injunction against Samsung to stop the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. This isn’t the worst news because to be honest it won’t stop someone in Austrailia from getting there hands on one, Simply ordering one online from another country will suffice. The bad news is that it means the courts did find in favour of Apple which makes things worse for Samsung to proof they haven’t infringed any of Apple’s designs. Apple are getting bolder and bolder with this lawsuit.
Samsung tried to settle the lawsuit not to long ago, But was met with a quick rejecting from Apple, With them announcing the whole purpose of the lawsuit is to stop the sale, So no settlement will be met. This is a a pretty big statement from Apple and it paid off with the injunction. As always we will update with anymore news as it becomes available about the lawsuit.
