Apple are yet again victourous in yet another patent dispute, this time the victim is Motorola. The courts in Germany have deemed Motorola in violation of one of Apple’s patent. The one that makes photos rapidily bounce when zoomed in or out. something so vague and not considered a feature of any phone. Still Apple feel they must take up the courts time to make sure everyone know who came up with it.
The issue could be quickly resolved by Motorola by removing said feature by all devices. Let’s us hope we don’t see more petty patent lawsuits in the future, but something tells us that Apple are only getting there feet wet so far.
