Apple are sending out press invites for the an upcoming event on October 23rd. The event is rumored to be the announcement of the iPad mini, which has been taking the rounds on the internet for some time now. An iPad mini launch does seem like Apple are trying hard not to lose sales to the likes of the Nexus 7 or Kindle Fire, which are insanely popular 7″ tablets that have price points under €200. If the event is for the announcement of an iPad mini, it will be the price point that will make or break it as a successful device. So look forward to the event next week.
