Apple have another announcement today which is the latest iPod touch device. The new device has the same retina display as the latest iPhone 5 and will come with an A5 Dual-core processor. Also included is a nice 5 Megapixel camera which also has the new sapphire crystal lens and also front facing HD camera as well. Other spces include WiFi B/G/N 2.4/5 GHz dual band support and of course Bluetooth 4.0. The new iPod touch comes in at 6.1mm thick and also includes the 8 pin lighting connector. So in short we have the following specs.

The latest iPod touch will come in 5 different colors which are Black, Blue, Yellow, Red, Silver. Prices are $299 for the 32GB and $399 for the 64GB versions. No 16GB version available on the new iPod touch, which is pretty shocking.
