The deal that was announced last year is finally complete, with Microsoft taking ownership of Nokia’s devices and service business. Microsoft will push their own new devices under the brand ‘Microsoft Mobile’ with the company also said to continuing to support other series of devices including the Nokia Asha, Lumia and more.
