Okay, While this case has been going on for sometime now, It seems its finally come to an swift end. Sony has technically won its case but still in the end has inevitably lost!! Hotz has agreed to a permanent ban on releasing the exploit to the internet, Which is simply idiotic considering its already been released and cannot be unreleased from the internet, All Sony have done here is waste the time of the courts and anyone truly involved!! Whats even worse is Sony are acting like this was a victory which in reality it was just a waste of time/money!!
