Samsung announce the Galaxy Note 4: 5.7-inch display with 2,048 x 1440 display, Snapdragon 805 chipset, 16MP Camera

The Galaxy Note 4 has finally been announced. The successor phablet includes a somewhat new design that includes a new aluminium frame. Screen size has stayed the same at 5.7-inch, but Samsung have included a new Super AMOLED Quad-HD resolution display. Inside we have the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with 2.7-GHz Quad-Core Processor and Adreno 420 GPU. The Note 4 in Korea will feature Samsung Exynos 5433 chipset with Octa-Core processor with quad core 1.9GHz processor and quad core 1.3GHz processor.

Camera wise we have a 16MP camera with OIS on the back of the device, which we’re guessing the same sensor they used in the Galaxy S5. This time around Samsung are including a large 3.7MP camera with f/1.9 aperture and 90-degree viewing angle.

We have included the full specs for the Galaxy Note 4 below, availability is set for October and pricing has yet to be announced, but will be region/carrier dependent.
