Toshiba announce new Qosmio X70 and Satellite P70 laptops

 

A quick announcements from Toshiba today regarding two of their latest laptops. Both the Qosmio X70 and Satellite will feature 17.3 1080p displays and Intel Core i7 processors. Both laptops feature a lot of the same specs with both including an AMD Radeon R9 M265X graphics card. The P70 will offer the card with either 2GB or 4GB GDDR5 VRAM and the X70 will come with standard with the 4GB of VRAM.

Storage for both laptops will be offered with either 2TB hard drive or 1TB SSHD. RAM can go up to 16GB (1,600MHz) and connectivity includes HDMI out, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, VGA connection, Memory card reader, and lastly 3.5mm headphone/microphone jack. Dual band WiFi AC is onboard, along with Bluetooth 4.0, HD Webcam, built in stereo microphones and Hartman Kardon Speakers.

Pricing for the new laptops have yet to be released, but availability will be before the year is out.
