Samsung announce Galaxy Note Edge: Note 4 specs with curved display on its right side

Samsung have just taken the wraps off on the Galaxy Note Edge. The smartphone features a curve display on the right of the device, which for most of the time acts as a separate display for icons, short cuts, controls and more. Most of the spces are identical to the Note 4 from which the Note edge stems from. The screen size is slight smaller at 5.6-inches, but still features the Super AMOLED display with 2,560 x 1440 resolution. Internals include the Qualcomms Snapdragon 805 chipset with 2.7GHz quad-core processor with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 420 GPU.

Like the Chipset, the camera’s are both the same as the Note 4 with a 16MP OIS rear facing camera and 3.7MP front facing camera with F/1.9 aperture and 90 degree angle. Availability is a little different than the Note 4 with release set for closer to the end of this year.
