Toshiba have just announced their Chromebook 2. The new tablet which features Chrome OS will be available with a 13.3-inch display with either 1366 x 768 or 1920 x 1080 resolution. Inside the laptop we have an Intel Celeron processor with 4GB of RAM (1,800MHz) on the full HD model or 2GB of RAM (1,600MHz) on the lesser resolution model. Other specs include HDMI out, 1 x USB 2.0, and 1 x USB 3.0, SDHC slot, 3.5mm headphone/microphone slot. Connection wise we have WiFi AC and Bluetooth 4.0. There is also a full HD webcam above the display. Weight of the device comes in at 1.35KG making it a decent amount lighter than the previous Chromebook, and it’s also thinner coming in at 19.3mm.
