Toshiba Encore Mini

IFA in Berlin has kicked off today and the announcements are coming in fast. Toshiba have an interesting new tablet coming to the market that features a 7-inch display with 1024 x 600 resolution, Intel ATOM Z3745 processor with 1GB of RAM. Obviously pretty low specs, but the new 7-inch device will be retailing for $120/€120, This gives users access to a full Windows 8.1 OS on a a 7-inch device. Not bad at all. Other specs include 16GB on-board storage, with MicroSD slot (up to 128GB support). A 2MP rear facing camera and 0.3MP front facing camera. Toshiba are also including a 1 year subscription for 1TB of cloud storage with Microsoft’s One Drive. We have included the rest of the specs for the device. The tablet is set to launch sometime in Q4 this year in Ireland with other regions getting it sooner or later.
