We’re not really seeing much difference with stock results. The OC results are pretty close, but the extra OC and RAM speed help keep the RVE slightly ahead.
It’s clear that the extra OC is giving the RVE a jump in performance. This is mainly coming from the bump in RAM speed, rather than the extra clock speed.
The Stock RAM speed on the MSI well out performs the Asus board. Of course the extra RAM speed on the overclock results has the RVE take the lead, but it’s less of a jump compared to the MSI over the RVE on stock tests. The previous RIVE and 3960x again provide some impressive numbers even after the few years.
