7-inch Wikipad set for launch in the US on June 11th with global launch expected later this summer

The Wikipad gaming tablet will be available for purchase next week on June 11 the US with the rest of world having a planned launch for later in the summer. The gaming laptop features a 7-inch IPS display with 1,280 x 800 resolution, 16GB of internal memory with a MicroSD slot and is powered by Nvidia’s Tegra 3 SoC with 1GB of RAOm. The connectivity side of things we have Bluetooth 4.0, Dual-Band WiFi (a/b/g/n), a 3.5mm headphone hack, MicroUSB and Micro HDMI out and battery power will come from the 4,100mAh inside the device.

The tablet also supports PlayStation Mobile games, Nvidia’s TegraZone and of course the Play Store. So there will no doubt be many games available right from the start. The device will be running Android 4.1. Check out the gallery and press release below for more info.
